Rise to shine
Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny.
Every year, Phoenix Fellowship gathers outstanding leaders, namely Phoenix fellows,
who transformed from adversities to help others.
Through a fellowship programme in Hong Kong, the foundation aims at:
1. Celebrating victories from adversities;
2. Creating a community of Phoenix; and
3. Inspiring public with Phoenix’s stories.
The foundation recognizes Phoenix fellows in a ceremony to celebrate their victories in lives. It creates a peer community to support each other, share learning and create synergies. Through a workshop-style summit, it promotes transformation and gives inspiration for others to follow similar transformational journeys from adversities to help others.
Currently, millions of people are suffering from COVID 19 and billions lack of basic services and goods. With the unforeseeable future, neither the markets nor aid alone can solve problems around the world.
We need a big idea.
